If you'd like to Run for Owen along with us, send an email* to run4owen@gmail.com with "I want to run!" in the subject line. In the body of the email, include:
- who you are
- how you know Owen
- whether you have run or walked in a race before and what distance(s)
- what distance you would like to run or walk in the Shamrock Sportsfest
- how much you think you can raise between now and March 1, 2006

*you can also add Owen's Runners to your MySpace friends list and send a MySpace Message with this information to join.

We will make sure your name is added to the list of Owen's Runners and your email address is added to the distribution list.

You are encouraged to register for at least one Shamrock event as soon as possible. Members are responsible for their own travel arrangments and race entry fees.

There is no fundraising obligation, but we do hope that all who train together and walk or run together can raise money together as well.
